FAQ

What metals do you use for your earrings?

- This information is provided in each listing as the findings I use differ
between each piece.

What do I do if my order arrives broken?

- If your order has arrived broken please email or message me on instagram
so I can resolve this.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

- UK ORDERS: Please allow up to 10 working days (from time of dispatch) for
your order to arrive, if you have still received nothing, please email or
message me on instagram for me to resolve this.

If I change my mind, can I return my earrings?

- For hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns on any of my products.

Do I need to pay import/custom charges?

- Yes as the customer you're responsible for paying any customs/import or handling charges within your country.

Processing times:

UK ORDERS: Please allow 2-5 working days* for your earrings to be dispatched.
All items are sent with Royal Mail.

*working days are Monday-Friday

NOTICE

Due to current royal mail strikes, UK delivery times may be longer than
expected. Please allow up to 10 working days before contacting me if your order
has not arrived. (UK ONLY).

Important Information

Please note that some earrings are completely unique, meaning that they
cannot always be re-made.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, I cannot guarantee that I will be
able to re-create the exact same pair. If this is the case, I will offer a full
refund or another pair of similar value. Thank you for your understanding.
